WHAT WE REQUIRE OF OUR GUESTS
During the stay in our Serviced Apartment Hotel the intended guest agrees to self-isolate and respect the following requirements:
1. On arrival we ask all guests to fill in our Health & Travel questionnaire. Temperatures will be taken daily.
2. Take the rubbish out of the room at 9.00 am. every day.
3. Use hand sanitizers provided before touching buttons to limit any risk to others. We also ask you to wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds before leaving your apartment.
4. Limit your contact with others. The purpose of self-isolation is to limit all contact unless necessary. We ask you to make commitment to reduce exiting your apartment as much as necessary. Avoid getting closer than 2m. where possible.
5. Wear a face mask in common areas.
6. Avoid the lobby areas unless it is absolutely necessary to engage with hotel staff.
7. If you do become unwell while self-isolating, contact our staff who will get you in touch with the Healthline. The symptoms are cough, fever, and shortness of breath. Let them know you are in self-isolation.  HEALTHLINE: 0800 611 116
Please note any failure to follow the self-isolation requirements set out will result in the immediate cancellation of the stay, reporting to Healthline New Zealand, loss of the balance the accommodation payment for the remainder of the stay, likely removal from New Zealand by the New Zealand Immigration authorities if they are a visitor, or heavy fines if they are a returning Citizen.
